We're looking for a Hire Fleet Technician to join our dedicated team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham, Surrey. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for motorcycle maintenance, and thrive in a team environment, this is your chance to make a difference!

🛠️ Main Duties:

• Calibrate, repair, and service our hire fleet motorcycles.


• Keep accurate records and service reports for general maintenance.


• Work alongside colleagues to maintain a high-quality workplace and adhere to company processes.


• Follow job cards for each repair and maintenance task.


• Identify and report any issues discovered before or during tasks.


• Provide feedback to the Hire Fleet team.


• Prepare motorcycles for inspection before release.


• Maintain the highest standards of safety, serviceability, and productivity.

🚀 Key Skills:

• Strong attention to detail—ensuring a right-first-time approach.


• Ability to identify mechanical or service issues in motorcycles.


• Physically fit, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently.


• Team player with a collaborative attitude.


• A full UK motorcycle license and confidence in riding a variety of models.

✨ Bonus Points for:

• Previous experience in motorcycle maintenance or servicing.


• Familiarity with fleet operations, hire services, or insurance industries.


• Relevant technician experience (highly beneficial).


• Strong working knowledge of motorcycle mechanics.


• Experience working on vehicles and maintaining their function.

📋 The Essentials:

• Start Time: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM


• Hours: Monday to Friday


• Salary: £28,500 to £31,000


• Contract: Full-time


• Location: Egham, Surrey
