This is an excellent opportunity to work on premium BMW Motorrad bikes within a supportive team environment that values quality work and work-life balance.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary from £30,000 to £42,000, depending on experience and qualifications
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required

Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs to BMW Motorrad motorcycles, adhering to manufacturer standards
Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently, then carry out repairs or advise on solutions
Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and within specified time frames, maintaining quality standards
Recommend preventative maintenance options to customers and inform them of future service needs
Document vehicle conditions, faults, and repairs properly, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business from a Motorcycle Technician
Work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment, demonstrating a proactive attitudeRequirements:

Apprenticeship certification, City & Guilds qualification, or an equivalent recognised qualification in motorcycle maintenance and repair
Proven experience working as a Motorcycle Technician, with a focus on diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
Enthusiasm for motorcycles and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
