The successful candidate will be skilled in all aspects of diagnostics, electronics, servicing, and motorcycle repairs. You must be flexible, focused and a great team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Job Details: The Service department is a fast-paced and challenging environment. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on the latest technology in an environment that demands quality workmanship whilst maintaining a commitment to outstanding customer service and ‘right first time’ repairs. You will already have a minimum of 4 years full time motorcycle service and MOT experience.In return for your hard work, you will receive a completive basic salary, bonus and other benefits including: · 32 days annual holiday (includes 8 bank holiday days). · Career progression and opportunities. · Manufacturer training including EV training. · Welcome pack & company induction. · Discounted servicing & parts across the Group. · Annual staff social events. · Barretts Summer Ball (held every 2 years). · State of art working environment. · Paperless environment, including electronic clocking, write ups and resources. Minimum requirements: · Minimum 4 years' full-time, professional service/repair of motorcycles . · Level 2 Award in MOT Testing. · Full UK Motorcycle licence.
