Job Title: Motorsport Lecturer

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

Pension: Teacher Pension Scheme Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent

An FE College on the Surrey/West Sussex border is seeking a Motorsport Lecturer to teach and assess students developing trackside and industry-ready skills.

The Role:

Teach and assess students in Motorsport Engineering

Deliver practical and theory sessions on performance vehicles and race car technology

Support assessment, curriculum delivery, and progress tracking

Requirements:

Level 3 Motorsport or Automotive Engineering qualification (or equivalent)

Technical knowledge of vehicle performance, electronics, or race preparation

Teaching qualification or a willingness to achieve one funded by the college
