Moulding Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting an award-winning manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions, to recruit a Moulding Manager for their Sheffield site.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee the injection moulding department, manage a skilled team of setters, and drive machine performance across high-spec equipment.

Key responsibilities of the Moulding Manager include:

• Lead day-to-day operations ensuring efficient and high-quality products
• Mentor and develop a team of moulding setters
• Improve OEE, reduce downtime, and optimise machine performance
• Collaborate with tooling, planning, engineering, and quality teams
• Lead new tooling trials and machine validations
• Drive lean manufacturing and automation improvements

We’re looking for Production Leaders with the below skills & experience:

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing
• Experience within injection moulding
• Comfortable with OEE data and performance metrics
• Knowledge of H&S and quality standards in manufacturing
