Job Title: Moulding Operator
Location: Manor Park, Runcorn
Salary: £25,397 per annum
Shifts: Mon- Fri 3 week rotating shift pattern 06:30- 15:00, 14:30- 23:00 & 22:30- 07:00
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client, who specialises in the manufacture and supply of cartridge systems, nozzles, and plungers for the adhesive and sealant industries are currently recruiting for 3 Moulding Operators to join their team.

As the Moulding Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out manual operations involved in the moulding process, ensuring that all the products meet quality and safety standards. The role requires a hands-on approach, high level of attention to detail, and a commitment to following company procedures.

As a Moulding Operator your duties will be: -

" Perform all manual tasks associated with the moulding process following appropriate training.
" Meet all required quality standards for assigned production processes.
" Accurately complete all documentation related to production and quality control.
" Understand and comply with QS 9002 standards and company-specific procedures.
" Operate flexibly across different moulding processes as required.
" Participate in ongoing training programs and skill development initiatives.
" Ensure all work is performed in line with company manuals, procedures, and safety standards.
" Conduct routine visual inspections of products to ensure optimal quality.
" Maintain high standards of housekeeping around machines and workstations.
" Report any malfunctioning safety devices, hazards, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.
" Report any quality deviations or non-conformities to the supervisor without delay.

The successful Moulding Operator will have the following skills: -

" Ideally have worked within a similar role previously.
" Take responsibility for safety, cleanliness, and compliance within your work area.
" Exhibit a flexible, can-do attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
" Physically capable of performing manual handling duties and working on your feet for extended periods.
