Duties

This role will see you speaking with customers who are looking to move home or move goods between businesses and your role is to ensure these customers understand the products and services available, ensure they have correct insurance, you have all the details for their move, arrange transport and workers and deliver exceptional aftercare!

Ideally you'd have come from a removals or storage background but the key thing is that you have impeccable customer service experience.
