An experienced Housing Systems Consultant is required for our Housing client to support a major change programme across their housing technology landscape. This is a specialist role requiring strong expertise in MRI Housing One, DRS, and Totalmobile, alongside solid SQL and integration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support and optimise MRI Housing One, DRS and Totalmobile platforms.

Drive system improvements and support ongoing transformation initiatives.

Review and enhance business processes, workflows and integrations.

Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries, reports and data issues.

Share knowledge with internal teams and help build in-house capability.

Essential Experience

Strong hands-on experience with MRI Housing One.

Experience with DRS Scheduling and Housing One integrations.

Experience supporting Totalmobile.

Strong SQL Server skills.

Knowledge of Housing Management, Repairs, Compliance and Property Services.

Previous experience of Housing One upgrades and working across legacy/current versions is highly desirable.

This is a rare opportunity for a Housing Systems specialist to play a key role in a housing transformation programme while helping to develop internal expertise and reduce reliance on external suppliers
