The Opportunity
You'll be joining a respected Building Consultancy team working across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities
Delivery of core building surveying services including: Building surveys and technical due diligence Contract administration and project management Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Dilapidations (acting for landlords and tenants) Working directly with clients across public and private sectors Managing projects from instruction through to completion Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors where appropriate Contributing to repeat business and long-term client relationships About You MRICS qualified Building Surveyor Strong technical grounding with experience in a consultancy environment Comfortable managing your own workload and client relationships Commercially aware and client-focused Keen to continue developing professionally within a supportive consultancy Why Join?
