Seeking an MRP Planner for a role in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector, based in Wirral. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of MRP and be confident assessing what good looks like.

Description

• Managing material requirements to ensure timely and accurate availability of supplies for production
• Coordinating with the procurement team to optimise purchasing and delivery schedules
• Analysing and managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
• Assisting in the development of production plans and schedules
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve material or supply chain issues
• Developing and maintaining productive relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Profile

A successful MRP Planner should have:

• Proven experience in MRP systems and supply chain processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
