Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Back Shift
£40,000-£45,000  Monday to Friday  4:00pm-1:00am  - No weekends
Location: Milton Keynes  Northampton  Bicester, Bletchley , Brackley
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a growing and ambitious food manufacturing business.
Working as part of the engineering team, you will play an important role in keeping the plant running safely and efficiently, carrying out planned maintenance and responding to breakdowns when required.
The Role
·Carry out planned preventative maintenance across the site.
·Respond to breakdowns and carry out basic fault finding.
·Support production to minimise downtime.
·Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults where possible.
·Ensure machinery and equipment is maintained to a good standard.
·Work safely and follow site procedures.
·Support continuous improvement and help keep the plant running efficiently.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is practical, reliable and keen to develop their engineering skills.
This role could suit an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, but it could also be an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their engineering career.
You may be a recently qualified apprentice, or someone who has progressed from a production operative role into engineering and is now looking for the next step in their career.
You will need a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical fault finding, a willingness to learn and the ability to work independently when required.
