Van Driver – High Wycombe

£14.65 per hour | Monday to Friday, some Saturdays | Temp to Perm

Vanta Staffing Slough is currently recruiting Van Drivers for a leading client based in the High Wycombe area. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking for stable, long-term work with a respected company. They are seeking drivers interested in staying in one place for the long term.

The role:
You’ll be doing multi-drop deliveries into Central London, so experience driving in busy city environments is essential. You’ll be working as part of a team of two to deliver heavy beds and mattresses, so teamwork is a must.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience driving a 3.5T Luton van delivering into London

• Proven multi-drop delivery experience, ideally in restaurant or catering deliveries (at least 1 year)

• Comfortable with manual handling and delivering to customers’ homes in upscale London areas

• Licence with no more than 3 penalty points (no DR or IN convictions)

Job Details:

• Pay: £14.65 per hour (day shifts)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, every 2nd Saturday

• Start Time: 7:00 AM

• Location: High Wycombe

• Contract: Temporary to Permanent — after 12 weeks, permanent contract with salary between £30K - £32K
