MULTI MODAL CLERK HYBRID

We're looking for a proactive Multi-Modal Operations Coordinator to manage import/export shipments across road, ocean, and airfreight. You’ll coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, ensure timely cargo movement, and deliver high levels of customer service. This is a key role in a dynamic team environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import/export shipments (road, sea, air)

• Liaise with carriers, hauliers, agents, and clients to book and track shipments

• Complete customs entries and ensure compliance

• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (CMRs, AWBs, BOLs, invoices)

• Track shipments and pro-actively resolve any issues or delays

• Finalise job files with accurate costing and invoicing

Key Skills

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations (multi-modal preferred)

• Strong knowledge of import/export and customs procedures

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight systems

Monday to Friday 9.00-17.00pm hybrid
