Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a leading global manufacturer to recruit a multi-site Operations Director. This is a key strategic role, responsible for leading operational excellence across two major UK locations.

The Operations Director will provide strong, forward-thinking leadership to a team of Plant Managers, creating a high-performance, collaborative culture with a focus on driving continuous improvement and efficiency across both sites while mentoring and empowering operational leaders.

Responsibilities of the Operations Director will include:

• Develop and execute operational strategies in line with business goals
• Lead and inspire the operations team to meet and exceed performance targets
• Continuously review and enhance operational processes to increase efficiency and support growth
• Drive cost-effective practices across all areas of the business
• Collaborate closely with the Plant Managers to identify and implement improvement initiatives

We are keen to speak with Operations Director / Plant Leaders with the following

• Degree-qualified, ideally in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior operations role within manufacturing or a related sector
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-site operations
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Willingness to travel regularly between sites with the majority of time spent on plant
