Multi Skilled Carpenter

Bridgeman Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to work on social housing and property maintenance projects across the North West.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of building and remedial works within occupied residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Duties will include:

* General building and maintenance works

* Brickwork and blockwork repairs

* Plastering and patch repairs

* Rendering and making good

* Pointing and remedial works

* Flooring and minor joinery

* Boxing-in and finishing works

* Minor external works, including paving and flagging

* Making good following heating, plumbing and renewable energy installations

* Working within occupied properties and maintaining good customer service

* Completing work safely and in accordance with site requirements

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Builder / Maintenance Operative

* Good all-round building skills

* Experience working in social housing or occupied properties preferred

* CSCS card preferred

* Full UK driving licence desirable

* Own tools and PPE

* Good communication and customer-facing skills

* Reliable and able to work independently
