Contract Maintenance Engineer electrical bias
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off alternating days and nights
outside IR35 option available; £35.50 per hour
 
Profile
As a contact Maintenance Engineer  Electrical bias, you will have strong electrical knowledge and be comfortable to fault find electrically. Coming from a food or FMCG background is an advantage, You will be a highly-motivated individual and be able to react quickly to any breakdowns that occur.
 
The Role
As the contract Maintenance Engineer  Electrical bias, you will be working within a team responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of new and existing equipment. You will be working on food process machinery and will be dealing with fault finding on various different PLC's.
·Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance on a range of production equipment.
·Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems quickly to minimise downtime.
·Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, valves, ovens, mixers, pressure systems, and refrigeration.
·Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to avoid breakdowns
