Multi Skilled Engineer

Henderson Brown is delighted to be working with one of our clients in the FMCG sector, who are seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Norwich. For this role, you will need to be Multi-skilled, with an Electrical bias, or a 50/50 split.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out PPMs and Reactive maintenance, fault finding on electrical and mechanical machinery
* Working knowledge of conveyor belts and packaging systems
* Work alongside the other engineers to perform appropriate duties
* Ensure all machinery and equipment is operating effectively

Requirements:

* An Engineering relevant qualification, such as a HNC/Level 3/NVQ
* Experience with a manufacturing environment previously, maintaining standard industry machinery
* Have great communication skills and a strong work ethic

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm (Week 1), and Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 7pm (Week 2). Overtime is also at double time when required.
