We're recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG business, where you'll play a vital role in keeping production lines running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a variety of automated production equipment
  
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults
  
• Minimise downtime by working closely with production teams
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects
  
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and compliance standards
  

What We're Looking For

• Time-served engineer with relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications (NVQ, HNC, City & Guilds, etc.)
  
• Proven experience in a high-speed manufacturing or FMCG environment
  
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  
• Flexible and comfortable working a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
  
• A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
