Peterborough | Panama Shift Pattern – 3s & 2s (12-hour shifts, 6am–6pm)
£47,000 - £52,000 a year

We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our friendly and supportive group of 8 engineers. Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, and part of a wider Engineering team, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.
What you’ll be doing:
· Performing both planned and reactive maintenance (electrical & mechanical)
· Diagnosing faults and implementing robust fixes
· Supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment
· Collaborating with production teams to reduce downtime
· Maintaining and updating our CMMS (MVP system)
· Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
