We’re recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician role at a fabrication and metal processing site in Bexhill-on-Sea. The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician will handle both mechanical and electrical maintenance across automated sheet metal processes. In this Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician role, you’ll manage breakdown responses, preventative routines, and in some cases electrical panel fault-finding. The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician contributes to reliability projects and supports shift operations across all hours.

What You’ll Do (as Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician):

• Maintain conveyors, motors, press lines, and control panels
• Perform shift-based PPMs and breakdown response
• Handle both mechanical faults and basic electrical issues
• Document maintenance activity and support continuous improvements
• Collaborate with production during changeovers and plant tests
