The Role:
As a key member of the site Engineering Team, you’ll be tasked with ensuring smooth, efficient and continuous operation of the facility – covering everything from day to day production processes and site-wide services. You’ll carry out planned maintenance, tackle reactive breakdowns, and support improvement projects across this complex and varied site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across the site
• Maximise machine availability and overall plant performance
• Work across diverse systems including PLCs and process control
• Carry out plant modifications and minor engineering projects
• Maintain exceptional health and safety standards
• Drive improvement through TPM and CI techniques

About You:
You’re a Multi-Skilled Engineer – both mechanically and electrically competent – with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’re used to working autonomously, reacting quickly to breakdowns and always striving for better performance.

We’re Looking for:

• Time-served engineer (multi-skilled)
• Confident with PLCs and process controls
• Experience with CI/TPM methodologies
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable with shift work, including nights and weekends
