Multi Skilled Engineer

Position: Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Huntingdonshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, day-based
Salary: Around £45,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and safety checks.

Fault-find and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Support basic PLC troubleshooting and fabrication tasks.

Maintain site facilities, including lighting, plumbing, compressors, and waste systems.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Electrical qualifications desirable (e.g., City & Guilds Level 3).

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

Flexible approach, with some seasonal demands possible.
