Are you a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias looking for the next exciting step in your career?

My client, an award-winning manufacturer, is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team in Deeside.

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment within the production facility.

The Role:

Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, accepting accountability for providing a superior engineering service to help meet operational goals. In order to meet site efficiency and performance standards, people and plant performance must be continuously improved.
Within skill levels, quickly identify and fix mechanical, electrical, and simple control and instrumentation issues.
Finish all assigned work to a high standard and be able to finish all maintenance on the installed asset base.
Contributing significantly to the engineering team while exhibiting the company's values and being adaptable enough to assist other groups or departments as needed.
Reporting any violations of the company's policies, procedures, or standards and assisting with efforts to take corrective action.
The candidate:

Electrically biased
Time served Mechanical or Electrical engineer
Worked in a FMCG environment
Previous experience in fault-finding PLC's and computer-controlled equipment
HACCP Level 2 (desirable)
Level 3 City & Guilds/ONC/BTEC
Competent at completing documentation, logs, CMMS
