You are vital to the continuous improvement journey that optimises machine reliability using creative thinking to understand and put into practice, proactive RCM and CBM principles, working diligently with an eye for detail to execute effective end to end Planned Maintenance. This role is not about sticky-plaster fixing and short-term greasing; at Premier Foods, you'll be using your engineering mindset and passion to robustly execute and enhance maintenance plans, investigate problems, and be part of a culture that improves equipment reliability. A completed, Engineering multi-skilled apprenticeship OR at least five years of hands-on experience A relevant industry qualification, such as an NVQ L3, BTEC, City & Guilds, or above Previous experience from an FMCG background.
