This is an excellent chance to join a company that has invested heavily into its sites and continues to grow due to increased production demand. The successful Multi Skilled Engineer will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of production equipment. The role will involve working within a fast-paced environment, ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime and supporting overall site performance. You will also contribute to continuous improvement activities and engineering projects, helping to drive efficiency across the business. Sector – Factory Maintenance: This business operates within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Non-Negotiable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Engineer: Must be multi-skilled with either an electrical or mechanical bias Must hold an engineering qualification Must be comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Requirements for the Multi Skilled Engineer: Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance Strong fault finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems Experience working on production and process machinery Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience supporting continuous improvement activities Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Engineer: FMCG or manufacturing background Experience working on high-speed production lines The Multi Skilled Engineer will benefit from: Excellent training and development programmes Investment in engineering team and site Up to £53,000 salary Plenty of overtime and bonus opportunities Benefits include: Great pension scheme Excellent healthcare benefits Bonus scheme Free parking On-site canteen If you are interested in this role and feel that you have the right skills, then please click apply at the bottom of this advert.
