I am recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team at a manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities include carrying out planned maintenance activities, responding promptly to equipment breakdowns, and supporting engineering initiatives such as continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis to enhance equipment reliability, plant performance, and overall operational efficiency.

Skills required for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Strong fault-finding abilities on both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manufacturing/Industrial Background
• Engineering qualifications
• Strong understanding of safe working practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, balancing reactive maintenance with planned activities.
• Clear communication skills to liaise with colleagues, engineers, and production teams.
