Up to £38,000 per annum + Early finish on Friday + Life Assurance + Training + Progression

An Excellent opportunity for an Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and industry leading company.

This company have been established for over 200 years and due to continued growth are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team. This is a day based role which will give you good work life balance.

This role would suit an individual with Electrical and Mechanical experience, who lives a commutable distance from Luton, looking for a new role within a well-established company where you can progress your skills further.

The Role:

• Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance schedules, carry out repairs to all types of plant/machines and equipment, moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment. Make periodic inspection for new electrical services (110v, 240v and 415v three phase), including wiring, conduit, panels, breakers, contractors, relays, timers, and controls, manufacture spare parts as required (Simple bracketry, parts, gaskets etc.) using lathes, milling machines, welding equipment, etc.
• 37hrs, Monday to Thursday 7.00am - 3:15pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm. Fridays 7:00am - 1pm or 8:00am - 1om

The Person:

• Mechanical & Electrica maintenance background
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Formal IET Wiring Regulations BS7671 qualification or equivalent.
• Full, clean UK driving license
