Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer required in Bromley

My client are a highly reputable maintenance contractor who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join there growing team. Responsible for reactive maintenance work for various clients. Carrying out quoted repair or quotes raised from reactive work.

Duties:
⦁ Undertake repair and maintenance of the building fabric and services as required.
⦁ Manage and undertake improvement projects as required.
⦁ Working with production teams around PPM and breakdowns. Undertake planned maintenance as required and directed.
⦁ Supply Services estimating team with quote information requests by deadlines required.
⦁ Completing all work in a safe manner
⦁ Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
⦁ Effective computerised PPM planning skills
⦁ Must be flexible and able to work to tight deadlines.
⦁ Personable, confident, and able to work alone without supervision.
⦁ Must be proactive in seeking out potential problems.

Skills & Experience:
⦁ Maintenance 1 year (preferred)
⦁ Ideally mechanical and electrical qualifications
⦁ A determined, self-motivated attitude
