The successful candidate will undertake planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities · General building fabric repairs including ceiling tiles, carpet tiles, doors, locks, frames and ironmongery. · Minor plumbing repairs including taps, sinks, toilets, urinals and drainage issues. · Painting, decorating and making-good works. · Fire door inspections, repairs, door closers, pivots and re-hanging. · Procurement of materials and equipment required for maintenance activities. · Support office fit-outs, refurbishments and planned project works. · Completion of worksheets, compliance documentation and client sign-off procedures. · Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Candidate Requirements · Previous experience in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance or Building Fabric role. · Experience within commercial, retail, office or industrial environments. · Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices. · Full UK Driving Licence. · Experience using PDA or handheld job management systems. · Excellent communication and customer service skills. · Flexible approach to overtime and occasional out-of-hours works.
