This is a fantastic opportunity offering £26.55 per hour, weekly pay, a four-week rotating shift pattern including a full week off, and the opportunity to join an established manufacturing business. £26.55 Per Hour | Week Off Every Four Weeks | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Work | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Overtime Available This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Shift Maintenance Engineer or Industrial Maintenance Engineer. Shifts Four-week rotating shift pattern: • Week 1: Monday – Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00 • Week 2: Monday – Wednesday, 06:00 – 18:00 • Week 2: Friday – Sunday, 18:00 – 06:00 • Week 3: Thursday – Sunday, 06:00 – 18:00 • Week 4: Full week off Rates of Pay • £26.55 per hour Benefits As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will receive: • Excellent hourly rate of £26.55 • Weekly pay • Ongoing temporary assignment with the potential for a permanent position • Free on-site parking • On-site canteen • Relaxed working environment • Overtime opportunities • Opportunity to work for a progressive and established company Day-to-Day Duties As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Providing mechanical and electrical maintenance support in line with production requirements • Maintaining site services and facilities to minimise downtime • Completing planned preventative and reactive maintenance on plant and machinery • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment • Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Systems of Work • Following isolation and lockout procedures at all times • Maintaining equipment in line with preventative maintenance schedules • Keeping maintenance areas clean, organised and safe • Responding promptly to breakdowns and restoring equipment efficiently • Working in accordance with all Health and Safety legislation Essential Skills To be successful as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will need: • A time-served multi-skilled engineering apprenticeship • A recognised electrical qualification • An HNC or equivalent in a manufacturing or engineering discipline • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement Desirable Experience • Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment • Availability for an immediate start Training Provided • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment Apply If you are interested in this opportunity as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, please apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
