Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician - Plumbing

Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative with strong plumbing skills looking for a varied role within a growing facilities and maintenance business?

We are seeking a practical and customer-focused individual to join a busy maintenance team, carrying out a wide range of building fabric and plumbing works across hospitality properties throughout the Bournemouth area.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair works, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key duties will include:

1st and 2nd fix plumbing works
General repairs and maintenance
Installing and making good plasterboard
Fitting skirting boards and boxing-in pipework
Internal and external decorating
Completing reactive and planned maintenance tasks
Ordering and managing materials required for jobs
Liaising directly with clients on-site
Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
Supporting the wider team to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Experience within building maintenance, facilities management, or property services
A strong plumbing background
Competency across general building fabric maintenance
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience using handheld devices or maintenance management systems
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
A proactive and problem-solving approach
