Multi Skilled Operative

Multi Trade operative for commercial and high end residential maintenance work in Bromley.

Up to £42000 per year

We are looking for a Multi Trader Operative that has experience within the commercial and residential sectors to join a busy repairs and maintenance contracts.

Carpentry or Plumbing background essential, fencing/replacement of rainwater goods/overclad, experience in window care/repair, brickwork, pointing, rendering, plastering and making goods.

About You

Candidates will hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 qualification in a core trade with addition secondary trade skills and have excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in occupied properties, you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. Ideally holding a Blue CSCS card.

- expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.

- A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.

- Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.

- A HSE understanding

- Full UK Driver’s License (NOT ESSENTIAL)

- Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone

- Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard

- A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the building industry

- City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent
