Multi Skilled Operative

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman to work on a busy social housing maintenance and refurbishment contract across Bolton.This is a temporary position offering ongoing work for the right candidate, carrying out repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties.
Your new role

Basic joinery repairs and maintenance
Patch plastering and making good
Minor plumbing repairs
Painting and decorating touch-ups
General maintenance and multi-trade works
Reactive and planned maintenance tasks
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard within agreed timescales
Working professionally within occupied social housing propertiesWhat you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a multi-trade role
Strong skills across a range of trades including joinery, plastering, plumbing, and general repairs
Experience working within social housing environments
Full UK Driving Licence
Own tools
