Multi-Skilled Snagging & Remedial Works Operative

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to carry out a variety of snagging, maintenance and general remedial works.

The Role

You will be responsible for covering all aspects of snagging and remedial works, including:

Painting & decorating

*

Patching & making good

*

Plastering

*

Joinery

*

General remedial and maintenance works

*

Completing snagging works to a high standard

*

Ensuring all work areas are left clean, tidy and ready for handover

Requirements

*

Proven experience in multi-skilled remedial or snagging work

*

In date CSCS card

*

Competent across painting, patching, plastering and joinery

*

Own tools and reliable transport are essential

*

Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship

*

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

*

Good communication and a professional approach

Mileage & Expenses

*

Mileage paid at 45p per mile

*

Mileage expenses paid weekly

*

Own tools and transport required
