We are currently recruiting for Multi Skilled Operative to join the site Leighton Buzzard.

Key Skills required fo the Multi Skilled Operative:

* Must have some working experience as a Multi Skilled Operative

* Must have minimum 2-3 years sales experience with track record in meeting/exceeding budget.

* Ability to effectively close deals and manage sales cycles of varied length depending on the project.

* Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.

* Proficient in reading and writing English

* Must have excellent verbal, written and maths skills, with great attention to detail.

* Must be flexible with work schedules and be available to work early and late shifts, overtime on evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice.

Physical Requirements and working conditions

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).

* This position requires repetitive hand/wrist activities.
