Description

As the Multi Skilled Shift Engineer you will be tasked with the following;

• Ensure optimal operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Implement preventive maintenance programmes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets
• Document all repair and maintenance work
• Provide technical support and training to other engineering staff

Profile

A successful Multi Skilled Shift Engineer should have:

• A minimum HNC/ONC/HND/NVQ in a relevant Engineering field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG
• Strong skills in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
