Are you a Multi Skilled Construction professional ready to pass on your knowledge to the next generation?

This is an excellent opportunity to become a Multi Skills Trainer, teaching a variety of practical trades such as brickwork, carpentry, plumbing, and painting & decorating - all while receiving full teacher training and ongoing support.

In this role, you'll deliver practical, hands-on lessons to students across multiple trades, helping them build the foundational skills needed for the construction industry. You'll also support student progress, assist with curriculum development, and play a vital part in shaping confident, job-ready learners.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience across several construction disciplines and hold a Level 5 qualification in a relevant subject. Teaching qualifications are not essential - just the passion to train and inspire.

  Deliver Multi Skills Construction training across trades such as joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, etc.

  Support students with practical and theory-based learning
• 
  Contribute to curriculum development and resource planning
• 
  Track and support learner progress and achievement

• 
  Background in construction with experience across multiple trades
• 
  Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant area
• 
  Great communicator, team player, and digitally confident
• 
  Willing to work towards teaching and assessing qualifications
• 
  Based within a commutable distance of Blackpool
