Job Description - Multi Trade

I am looking for a Multi Trade candidate to work for an established social housing company in Brize Norton and the surrounding areas. The role is a permanent position and will involve joining the reactive maintenance team within domestic properties.

The Multi Trade operative will receive:

Annual base salary of £37,000
Company van and fuel card
Attractive annual leave package
Overtime and callouts available
Specialist tools provided
Full time employment

The Multi Trade will have:

Full UK drivers license
Experience working within domestic properties
Experience working within social housing
Have their own tools
Willingness to do overtime and callouts

The Multi Trade will be responsible for:

Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting
Maintenance plumbing
Patch plastering and tiling
Working in occupied properties
