Job Description - Multi Trade

I am currently looking for a Multi Trade to work for a social housing provider on their voids team in the Chesterfield area on an on-going contract. The pay is £18 per hour and comes with a work van for usage in the day.

The Multi Trade will be responsible for:
  • Working in empty council properties
  • 2nd fix carpentry tasks such as kitchen fitting and hanging doors
  • 2nd fix plumbing such as bathroom repairs, fixing leaks, basin and toilet changes
  • Finishing skills such as patch plastering and painting

The right Multi Trade will need:
  • Qualification in a core trade
  • Experience working in social housing previously
  • Clean and valid UK driving license with own vehicle to get to depot

In return the Multi Trade will receive:
  • £18 per hour paid weekly with CIS available
  • Long term contract
  • Company van for usage in the day
