Salary & Hours

£40,090 Basic Salary
Plus 1 in 5 Out-of-Hours Callout Rota (£525 per week when on call)
39 hours per week

Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am-3:30pm
We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Joiner on behalf of a leading housing provider, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties.

Key Duties

Joinery and general maintenance repairs
Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp & mould treatment
Delivering high standards of customer service
Working independently to complete repairs efficiently
Participation in the out-of-hours callout rota

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent
Strong joinery background with multi-trade experience
Experience working in a customer-focused environment
Social housing experience desirable
Full UK Driving Licence
