• A national contractor that provides repairs and maintenance for social housing across the UK

Description

• You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in social housing
• Work could be in both void or occupied properties; ranging from basic repairs to kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Work will be carried out across stock in the West Midlands

Profile

• Previous experience working on social housing repairs and maintenance
• Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 minimum)

Job Offer

• Salary up to £32,000 per year + excellent on call/overtime rates and completion bonuses (OTE circa £45k pa)
• Company van and fuel card
