We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a passionate maintenance and repairs team in delivering high-quality work across planned and responsive projects. This specific position will be concentrating on planned works.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out multi-trade works including kitchen and bathroom fitting, plastering, tiling, painting, and general property repairs
Deliver high-quality workmanship across reactive and planned maintenance
Communicate effectively with tenants and customers to provide excellent service
Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and health & safety guidelines
Complete works on time, using materials effectively and minimising disruption
Maintain company vehicle and tools to required standards
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven background in one or more trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating)
Experience working in social housing, property maintenance, or similar environments
Strong customer service skills — approachable, professional, and respectful
Full, clean UK driving licence (required to drive company van)
Ability to work independently, problem solve, and manage own workload
Strong awareness of health and safety and commitment to quality work
