The RoleWe are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy maintenance team working across Dunstable and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader looking for long-term, consistent work

Day-to-Day Duties
Carrying out general carpentry repairs
Completing plumbing repairs
Undertaking general maintenance and repair works within residential properties
Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residentsRequirements
Previous experience working within residential properties
Experience carrying out both carpentry and plumbing repairs
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good customer service skills
Professional and reliable approach to workBenefits
