We are currently working with an established maintenance organisation who, due to a large contract win are looking for a number of multi skilled maintenance engineers to join their team

As a Multi Trader you’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality, efficient, and compliant repairs services to commercial properties. You’ll carry out a wide range of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and masonry—both inside and outside commercial properties

The Role:
You will carry out day-to-day carpentry, plumbing or multi trade repairs and maintenance within occupied commercial buildings. The role requires a strong focus on first-time fixes, customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

* Undertaking all aspects of carpentry repairs (doors, frames, kitchens, flooring, etc.)

* Completing reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied commercial properties

* Diagnosing faults and delivering effective, long-lasting solutions

* Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism at all times

Requirements:

* Proven experience in commercial property maintenance

* NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry, Plumbing or any other relevant trade (or equivalent experience) preferred

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

* Good communication and customer service skills
