Multi Trade Plumber

Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join a leading property services company based In Stratford

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties around the area
• you’ll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, baths etc
• Remedial Carpentry works, doors, locks, architraves
• Repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles

This is a permanent role offering up to £36,000 (£38,000 after successful probation) + van and fuel card and great benefits

Requirements:

• Trade related qualification is preferred
• You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
• Ability to use hand tools, and operate small hand held plant such as drills and breakers etc.
