We are is seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber Multi to join a Reactive Maintenance team, working across the area's social housing properties.

Multi Skilled Plumber

Rate: PAYE - £.21.67 per hour // UMB - £27.64

Location: East London

Assignment Length: 3 months

Driving Licence: Essential

Overview

The role involves carrying out high-quality Plumbing as the primary trade, plus additional multi-trade repairs to achieve first-time fixes. The candidate must work safely, deliver good customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards. The successful candidate will be part of an on-call, out-of-hours rota.The rota will be discussed in more detail during the interview. Candidates must have access to their own power tools.

Requirements:

NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent

Full UK Drivers Licence

Strong joinery skills plus multi-trade ability

Experience working in customer-focused, target-driven environments

Able to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems

Good health & safety awareness

Social housing experience desirable
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
