Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Plumber to join a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering Croydon and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.
Complete a variety of plumbing works including:
Repairing leaks
Replacing taps, toilets, and sinks
Pipework repairs
Fault finding and general plumbing maintenance
Undertake associated multi-trade tasks such as:
Basic carpentry
Tiling
Patch plastering
Painting and decorating
Provide a professional and customer-focused service to residents.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Optional participation in out-of-hours call-out work.

Requirements

Experience working within social housing properties.
Qualified or time-served plumber.
Ability to carry out basic multi-trade repairs.
Own basic hand and power tools.
Smartphone for receiving jobs via an app.
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
Full UK driving licence
