Multi Trade - Social Housing

Looking for Multi-Traders with experience working in the Social Housing sector!

A Property Services business who work with several housing associations is now looking to recruit skilled and efficient multi-traders to join their refurbishment team covering North and South London contracts in occupied, and void properties.

Ideally, a tradesperson who has experience in social housing carrying out works using NHF schedule of rates and undertaking works including disrepair works, damp works, Kitchen, Bathroom and Wet Room installations, decorations, window and door installations/repairs, Cap and Cove wet room flooring including hot welds, Brickwork, Rendering, Plastering, Carpet/vinyl floor coverings and Investigative works.

The successful candidate must have a current CSCS card and asbestos awareness.

£31,000 - £34,000 per annum
