Position: Multi Trader

About Us:

Our client is a leading maintenance and repair company specialising in addressing disrepair claims within domestic projects. Our dedicated team is committed to providing high-quality service and expertise to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of trades, including plastering, painting and decorating.
• Perform mould and damp clean downs to address moisture issues.
• Assist with kitchen and bathroom fit-out projects.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless workflow.

What We Offer:

• Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.
• 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Working hours from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM with a 30-minute break.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar role.
• Proficient in various trades, including plastering, painting, and carpentry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
