• ?Salary: up to £36,000 P/A + Van & Fuel + Annual Bonus
• Full-time? Permanent

Who are you?

• Highly motivated and experienced Multi Trader.
• Proven experience in social housing maintenance
• Excellent practical skills in various trades
• A full, clean driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

What will you be doing?

As a Multi Trader, your day-to-day tasks will involve a variety of maintenance and repair work:-

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

You'll be working for a reputable company with a strong presence in the UK, working with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.
